bistrot traditionnel où les élégants meubles Napoléon III côtoient l’indispensable comptoir en zinc. Une décoration typique, riche en détails, révérence malicieuse à la variété des marchés qui entourent le Paul-Bert, installé
aux Puces depuis 1958. Ici, on fait la part belle aux produits frais et à la variété du patrimoine viticole français ; une invitation à découvrir des plats traditionnels réalisés avec soin. La carte promet de régaler les amateurs de gastronomie avec de très belles pièces de viande, un joli choix de poissons, des quiches ensoleillées et de délicats desserts. Almost as soon as you open the door you are immersed in the atmosphere of this traditional French bistrot where the elegant Napoleon III furniture sits side by side with the indispensable zinc countertop. Its detailed classic decorations show a sort of mischievous reverence to the diversity of the markets surrounding the Paul-Bert, which opened in the flea market in 1958. Fresh products and the diversity that comes from the French wine heritage are well honored here; an invitation to discover traditional dishes prepared with care. The menu will delight gourmet foodies with beautiful cuts of meat, a delectable selection of fish, colorful quiches and elegant desserts.
